· All purchases are Net 30 days to dealers with established credit.
· All purchases are cash or check without approved credit.
· Sales tax will be charged at a rate of 6% unless a sales tax exemption form is completed.
· A service charge of 1.5% will be assessed monthly with an annual charge of 18% on any unpaid invoices over 30 days.
· Any account over 60 days will be C.O.D. unless paid in full.
· Any account over 90 days will be in a hold status until payment is made in full.
· Products may be ordered and shipped via; U.P.S. or US mail, shipping cost will be added to invoice and shipped C.O.D.
· Billing discrepancies must be raised within 15 days of invoice date.
· All sales are final - Approved returned merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
· All goods are property of Log Cabin Fence Co. Inc. until payment is received in full.

· Notice - Price sheet reflects bundle, skid and case pricing. If bundles, skids or cases are broken an additional up charge of 5% may be assessed.
